🎉 New – Facebook Preview / better content analysis
It’s finally here! The Facebook Preview is now available from the SEO metabox, Social tab. Like the Google Preview, all the information displayed comes directly from your source code.
This lets you know exactly what the Facebook bot will see.
We have also added additional checks to the content analysis to detect social tags duplicated by your theme or a plugin.

We have completely revised our approach to calculating the pixel counter for the meta title and description.

wpForo plugin is now fully compatible with SEOPress!
We added two new dynamic variables:
- %%currentmonth_short%% to display current month in 3 letters
- %%post_thumbnail_url%% to display the post thumbnail URL (and a hook “seopress_titles_post_thumbnail_url” to filter its value)
We also fixed some issues with the og:image URL encoding, improve compatibility with Jetpack CDN and the check “Keywords in permalink” is not case sensitive anymore.
