SEOPress 6.7 is now available. We encourage you to update your site as soon as possible to take advantage of the latest features and improvements.

πŸŽ‰ New – Brand new design for our SEO dashboard

Most of you know that at SEOPress we are constantly listening to our users. They are the ones who give the best feedback, remarks and criticisms to help us move forward. After several weeks of reflection and testing, we are happy to present the first iteration of our work which focused on the SEO dashboard.

πŸŽ‰ New – Table of Contents block for Gutenberg (PRO)

A new block is now available with the PRO version of SEOPress 6.7: “Table of contents“.

Easily adding a table of contents with the block editor is finally a piece of cake.

Once the block has been added to your content or page template, click on it to define which levels of headings to display, or even customize its appearance.

This greatly improves the user experience for long articles. But also to your SEO by allowing Google, via the automatic creation of anchors on your titles, to directly point a search result towards the latter.

πŸŽ‰ New – Cleaning your source code

Since the origins of SEOPress, we have always offered options to clean up your source code by removing some totally unnecessary parts.

Less code to browse for search engines, less power consumption, more performance.

SEOPress 6.7 goes further by offering to remove oEmbed links, as well as two HTTP headers “WordPress X-Pingback” and “WordPress X-Powered-By“.

Go to SEO, Advanced, Advanced tab to enable them. It’s free!
